- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Baker is an amazing doctor. He has helped me get through a very difficult time in my life health wise. Unlike some other doctors I had seen he kept digging until he found the cause of my issues. His front office staff leaves something to be desired. Good luck ever getting someone to answer the phone. They very well may be understaffed. All in all, you couldn't pay me to leave this practice.June 15, 2017by Jordan holt
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'll write another review when i can actual get to see him. So far, it has taken me over a week to even get staff to set up an appointment. Hopefully, I'll be able to set one up on Monday (6 business days from the first time I've contacted the office). My insurance even had a hard time setting up the authorization for the referral to his office due to no one ever answering the phone. I have called more than 20 times in the past week and have only spoken to someone in his office twice. There is no direct line. So, you have to wait 3-15 minutes depending on your spot in the queue to get transferred to his office just to get a voicemail.
