  Very disappointed with the appointment procedure. Called just morning to schedule appointment to bring my son in to be seen for an ailment. of course, all appointments were booked for the day, "REALLY", they need to do better. Understandably I accepted that, and asked to speak to a nurse, just to be guided on what I could do for him. The operator put me on hold, I held on 15 minutes before I hung up and called back. I explained to the operator that I was holding for a while and i wanted to speak to a nurse. I was placed on hold again for additional seven minutes before I hung up again. I'm finding a new pediatrician immediately.

  Nurse had my son listed at the wrong weight for several weeks and it wasn't until I attended a wellness checkup myself that I noticed the mistake. She accredited the mistake to her Apple device. This same nurse was suppose to give my son two shots, a flu shot included. I only saw her give him one shot so when I asked Dr. Grier about it he said he would check for me and let me know. I never heard back from him and when I called in to speak with him a rude nurse answered and insisted that he couldn't come to the phone and that I couldn't speak with him even though he was present. I left a message for him to call me yet never heard back from him. Other than this incident it seemed to be an alright place.
