- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪These people will set you an appointment for a month in advance then cancel it without letting you know. They will tell you that if you don't confirm your appointment they will cancel it. I set my husband's appointment a month ago and when I called today they tell me that they canceled it because we didn't confirm. We didn't get a phone call, email, or text to try to confirm the appointment. Now my husband has to sit with a broken tooth, that he has had for a month now, until I can figure out where else to take him. We have lost a day's worth of work which means we lost money but all I get told is that it's policy. I can prove that we didn't receive anything and I can prove that they had me on hold today saying they were going to try to work it out for more than 20 minutes. We will never go to an Aspen Dental ever again and everyone I know has pulled their appointments. This is an awful place and I definitely don't recommend going here.October 15, 2017by Ashley Hendrix
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Appointment was at 7:45am. Arrived at 7:30am. It's 9:05am and still have not been seen by dentist. Extremely long wait and still waiting! By 9:45am, no dentist! When I asked, I was advised dentist was in surgery. What? We left!!! Never ever coming back again! Horrible place!December 16, 2016by Susanna B
